Store-bought Collectors Edition unlock code invalid

Hello,

Shrink wrapped copy of the Collectors Edition from Best Buy. A sheet inside has unlock codes for premium content. The code is invalid. I tried upper and lower case letters, the numbers and letters are easy to recognize, but I tried replacing a B with 8. I can send a screenshot of the sheet and code.It also had a code to unlock Flash banners. That code worked fine.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
