Edzésleírás
Ivóból a Sapkafenyő túra útvonalon jutottunk fel Zongor Csabával a Madarasi csúcsra, az utolsó 5 km-en süppedő, mély hóban. Vissza fele a Filió úton futottunk le, aszfalton. Egyik fele elemekkel küzdős volt 🥵, másik fele tempós. 😃
